In Las Vegas, Nevada, a warning began circulating among local promoters: “Promoters beware in Vegas.”
The message pointed directly at Marc Brattin, drummer of the band Foundry, describing him as “a scam artist.”
According to the account, Brattin took $50,000 after promising that he would return $60,000. What seemed like a straightforward agreement quickly unraveled. More than a year has passed, and nothing has been repaid.
The person reporting the incident says that Brattin has blocked them on every platform and has not returned the $50,000—or any portion of it.
